Set on a double lot and tucked into the mountainside in Rockpoint Ridge, the estate lot neighborhood at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dove Mountain, this custom home pairs the warmth of traditional desert architecture with broad views across the surrounding landscape. Stone, timber and softly colored walls establish a consistent character from the entry courtyard to the rear terrace. A sheltered entry provides a transition into a home organized around generous spaces for gathering and quieter places to retreat.
A vaulted wood ceiling and substantial beams give the great room its scale, while a stone fireplace anchors the seating area. The adjoining dining space accommodates a long table beneath twin chandeliers, with glass doors opening toward the desert. In the kitchen, a large island connects cooking and conversation with the rooms around it.
Outdoor living is an equally important part of the home. A covered sitting area includes a fireplace, while the terrace extends to a negative-edge pool, raised circular spa and timber ramada. Desert planting and stone paths soften the connections between these spaces. Bedrooms with fireplaces and direct patio access continue the same sense of warmth, making the private rooms feel closely connected to the home’s outdoor setting.
