Seven Saguaros II

Seven Saguaros II is a custom home that layers Southwestern architectural details with inviting interiors and generous connections to the outdoors and the golf course beyond. Exposed ceiling beams, textured stone and brickwork give the home a rich material palette, while broad openings bring desert light into its principal rooms. A sheltered entry courtyard creates an intimate introduction to the spaces beyond.

The kitchen, dining and great room flow together around a long island and a stone fireplace. A barrel-vaulted brick ceiling gives one of the dining spaces a distinctive sense of enclosure, contrasting with the openness of the adjoining living areas. Retracting glass doors connect these rooms to a covered terrace and the surrounding landscape.

More private spaces continue the home’s emphasis on texture and comfort. A study with built-in bookshelves offers a quiet retreat, while the primary bathroom frames the desert beside a freestanding tub. Outside, a pool, circular spa and outdoor kitchen provide settings for both relaxed afternoons and larger gatherings. As the light changes, the mountain backdrop and silhouettes of saguaros become defining features of the home.
